Our Offerings
Rigid Shell Orthotics
Manufactured by Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) using high durable Nylon-11 (PA11). This is a direct replacement for milled polypropylene shells and offer more design flexibility such as adding custom offloading or stiffening features resulting in a sleek and lightweight product.
Machined EVA Orthotics
CNC milled out of high-grade, low compression set (%) EVA for full length devices. We provide 3 different EVA densities to choose from.
FDM Orthotics
Manufactured by Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF/FDM) using TPU for soft and variable-density full length devices.
Fully Custom, Built From You
Experience the next level of custom orthotic insoles, tailored precisely to your patient’s needs. Our end-to-end prescription platform empowers you to design insoles with exact modifications, from medial skives to metatarsal supports, ensuring optimal comfort, correction, and performance.
