A supramalleolar orthosis (SMO) is a custom orthosis that extends just above the malleoli. We manufacture, assemble and print SMOs in Singapore for podiatrists, orthotists and clinics.
SMOs are designed with our Australian partner, Momentum Health.

Materials and colours
Materials: SLS 3D printed in PA12 white or PA11. PA11 has a higher elongation at break, making it really hard for it to snap compared to PA12.
Colours: Colour orders are made in PA12 white, dyed red, blue or orange, at no extra cost. PA11 can't be coloured.
Finish: Always vapour smoothed, using our AMT vapour smoothing equipment.

EVA padding: 2 mm
Inner boot: 1 mm, available on request
Straps: 1 or 2 straps depending on size, with optional padding in the middle

How to order an SMO
1. Prescribe or design. Send us your prescription form, or design the SMO yourself and send STL or OBJ files.
2. Manufacture. Our orthotic technicians SLS print, vapour smooth and assemble the SMO in Singapore.
3. Ready. 3–5 working days from prescription or design sign-off. SEA delivery: 5–7 working days to Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
Quality, warranty and aftercare
Our ISO 13485 quality management system ensures every pair is finished correctly to the prescription and to ISO 13485 quality standards.
If there's a problem, the warranty covers 3 months. Refurbishments and adjustments are offered.

What materials are your SMOs made from?
